Terms and conditions of sales - please read before you buy

Before buying, please read the following terms and conditions:

1. the products sold on this site are 100% genuine and come from pharmaceutical distributors and pharmacies in Bangkok, Thailand. Almost all product are manufactured in Thailand. The Seller guarantees that all products are genuine and well within expiration date. As they all require a medical prescription, the Seller assumes no liability for the usage of any products sold. You are advised to to use such products under the guidance of a licensed physician.

2. it is your responsibility as an importer to check your country's laws before buying; penalties change from one country to another, ranging from seizure by Customs to imprisonment. In case your shipment is confiscated by Customs, the Seller takes no responsibility. All products are always shipped at the full risk of the purchaser.

3. in the unlikely event a shipment is confiscated by Customs, the financial loss rests completely with the purchaser. You are entitled to a reshipment of the full order at a discounted price (to be agreed upon) plus shipping and handling (to a different address only).

4. EMS shipping will not be used for Australia, New Zealand, Canada and any other country the Seller doesn't feel comfortable about.

7. all shipments are designed to pass Customs even if opened and inspected. Success rate has been 100% in many countries. Depending on the quantity of items shipped, the packaging will change. The Seller reserves the right to decide what packaging is the most suitable for any given shipment. The purchaser is not to decide how packaging has to be.

8. the prices shown on the price list don't include packaging and shipping. Discounts are available for combined orders, large quantities, re-sellers and regular customers.
